If you are reading this section hopefully you have found a property you are interested in on our properties to let page.

If you would like to arrange a viewing please visit the contact us page and use the email link provided. Please include your telephone number, email address, the property you are interested in and when you would like to view the property.

Should you wish to apply to let a property you will need to have a clear credit history.  You also need to be in permanent employment, if you are self employed this must be for a minimum of twelve months.  If you are retired you must be able to provide proof of pension income.  We will provide you with the full reference criteria which needs to be met prior to a viewing being conducted.

  • All people over the age of 18 must be referenced and valid proof of identification must be provided. 
  • A holding deposit which is equivalent to one weeks rent forms part of your overall damage deposit.  
  • Completed application form(s) must be sent through within 48 hours with the holding deposit paid in cleared funds.
  • Should a pet(s) be permitted and this is approved by the landlord the rent will increase from the advertised amount by £35 pcm for one pet, or £50pcm for two pets.  Note: NO Apartments allow pets.
  • All fees include VAT.

A refundable damage deposit, is required in the form of cleared funds and is held by Portfolios as stakeholder.  This damage deposit is equivalent to five weeks rent in total and will be protected and certified with My Deposits once the tenancy agreement is signed.  The balance of your deposit and the first months rent must be paid before the Tenancy Agreement commences, we will advise you when this is due for payment subject to successful references.
